API reference

The reference below uses /openapi.json, generated from the workflow-service public external OpenAPI document. During Round 1 it is checked in as a static fallback; the build script attempts to refresh it from https://api.kyc.xibodev.com/api/v1/external/openapi.json when that endpoint is deployed.
